Jessica is the newest addition to our team. She had successfully established her own cosmetic tattooing brand where she offerred a variety of services from permanent makeup to eyelash extensions and makeup artistry on a freelance basis. Partnering with Virtue & Vice, Jessica offers a wider range of services for our customers and an extensive background in business management and marketing.

Permanent Cosmetics combines two great artistic talents and passions of her life – makeup and tattoos. After learning about the permanent cosmetics industry from a former client, Jessica was completely sold and knew this is what she wanted to focus all her attention on. She apprenticed with an established artist for a brief time before attending formal training at the Academy of Cosmetic Arts and Sciences in Boca Raton, FL and is a member in good standing of the Society of Permanent Cosmetics Professsionals.
